We collect only the information necessary to operate the App's core features:
Account & Authentication Data
- Email address – used for login and account identification
- Password – stored in encrypted form; never visible to us in plain text
Location Data
- GPS location is collected at the time of attendance check-in only
- Used solely to verify that the healer is present at the correct site/company location
- We do not track location continuously or in the background
Camera / Photo Data
- A selfie photo is captured during the attendance check-in process
- Used to verify the identity of the healer marking attendance
- Photos are stored securely and accessible only to authorized administrators
Attendance & Activity Data
- Check-in and check-out timestamps
- Site/company visit records
- Assignment and task lists viewed within the App
- To authenticate and verify the identity of healer staff
- To record and manage attendance at client/company locations
- To verify physical presence using GPS and photo confirmation
- To display attendance history and assignment lists to authorized staff
- To enable operational management and reporting for administrators
This App does not collect any of the following:
- Health or medical data of end clients or patients
- Financial information or payment details
- Contacts, SMS, or call logs
- Browsing history or other app usage data
- Background location tracking
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except in the following limited cases:
- With authorized Aaranya Wellness administrators for internal operational use
- With cloud service providers (e.g., server/storage) who are contractually bound to protect your data

We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the operational purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. Attendance records and photos may be retained for the period required for HR and compliance purposes.
